H2O at Home

H2O will come to you to deliver customized lessons in the convenience of your backyard pool (we do not operate in public pools, apartment/condo pools, hotels, lakes, or beaches).

DATES ​

The H2O at Home programs runs during the summer months (June – August).


Lessons will not be delivered on general holidays. If a general holiday lands on a weekend, the following weekday will be observed as the general holiday.  The program will end on August 31, 2025. 

Ages ​

We teach students ages 4 months to adults. 


DETAILS:
Students under the age of 3 must always be accompanied by an adult during their lesson. Students ages 3+ do not require an adult to be in the water.

LESSON STRUCTURE & PRICING

Lessons are purchased in 30-minute increments. Lessons can be booked in any combination that is agreed upon between the family and the H2O @ Home teacher (e.g. once a week for 6 weeks, every weekday for a week, every Monday & Wednesday for 4 weeks, etc.).

Prices include lesson fee, travel, insurance, and quality of programming.

Prices for 30-minute lessons are (plus GST):

  • Private Lessons (1 teacher, 1 student) - $70 

  • Semi-private (1 teacher, 2 students) - $50 per student

  • Tri-private (1 teacher, 3 students) - $40 per student

If the client lives outside of city limits, an additional mileage fee will be charged based on the location of the pool. Mileage cost is $0.72 per kilometre driven by the teacher outside of city limits. This calculation is based off the current Canada Revenue Agency mileage rate for 2025.

Teachers will bring all needed equipment to the client’s pool. You also have the option to purchase equipment from the H2O Store!

Please Review Our policies

  • All lessons are non-refundable unless they cannot be rescheduled due to inclement weather and must be used by August 31, 2025. 

  • If the client needs to cancel/re-schedule a lesson, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If less than 24 hours notice is provided, the lesson can be rescheduled, however a $25 cancellation fee will be charged. 

  • The teacher will have the final decision on cancelling lessons due to inclement weather.
